Service Provider Information

Innerself provides an online personality assessment tool that:

• Analyzes responses to a 34-question questionnaire
• Generates personality insights using artificial intelligence
• Provides visual personality trait representations
• Offers optional premium features including AI-generated fantasy art

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional psychological advice or clinical assessment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will provide accurate and truthful information
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 No Account Required

Our Service does not require account creation. Your questionnaire responses are processed in real-time and stored temporarily in your browser's local storage only during active payment processing. This data is automatically cleared after successful payment.

4.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate responses to questionnaire items. We are not responsible for the accuracy of results based on inaccurate or dishonest responses.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

The basic personality assessment is provided free of charge. Optional premium features, such as the Fantasy Set ($4.99 USD), require payment through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5.3 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your purchase.

5.4 Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content (AI-generated personality insights and fantasy art), all sales are final once the content has been generated and delivered.

6.2 Technical Failures

If you experience technical issues preventing content delivery after payment, please contact us (see contact information above) within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and provide a refund if appropriate.

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by requesting immediate content generation upon payment, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal as the digital content is fully performed with your prior express consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Innerself website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Innerself or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Results

You retain ownership of your questionnaire responses. AI-generated personality insights and fantasy art created specifically for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Service
• Use our Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Service

8. AI-Generated Content

8.1 Nature of AI Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate personality insights and fantasy art. AI-generated content may:

• Vary in quality and accuracy
• Contain unexpected or unusual outputs
• Not perfectly represent your personality or preferences

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. Results should be interpreted as entertainment and general guidance, not professional advice.

8.3 Content Regeneration

Due to the real-time nature of AI generation, identical results cannot be guaranteed if you retake the assessment.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service for clinical diagnosis or medical purposes
• Collect or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service in any way that could harm minors

10.1 Not Professional Advice

10.2 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding security or privacy

10.3 Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Stripe) which may experience outages or issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• INNERSELF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innerself, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you provide to the Service

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, except where EU consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
