3. General Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Content - All Sales Final
Once digital content has been generated and delivered, all sales are final.
This is because:
- Content is generated using paid AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini) immediately upon purchase
- Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
- You have received the full product once generation is complete
3.2 Exceptions
We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical failures: Payment processed but content not delivered
- Duplicate charges: Charged multiple times for the same product

- Digital content is delivered within seconds/minutes
6. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

- Provide a full refund if delivery is not possible
8.2 Partial Delivery
If only some images in the Fantasy Set are generated:
- Wait for all images to complete (generation can take 2-3 minutes)

- We may offer a partial refund or regeneration based on the issue
